To be removed from mailing lists supplied by Experian, TransUnion and Equifax, call the toll-free number:  1-888-5OPTOUT (1-888-567-8688).  http://www.optoutprescreen.com  This number and web address has been established by all three consumer credit reporting agencies united with Associated Credit Bureaus to allow the consumer to request they be excluded from the lists for two years, to request permanent removal, and to opt back in if they have previously had their name removed.
